Glad that we got a clearer explanation of what happened. So it wasn't that she created a whole new world or changed the current world. She just isekai'd two people at the same time... So that explains the Isekai tag.

And it's a win win for everyone. MC gets to enjoy his life, Alternate World MC also gets to enjoy his best life. And they make more people happy at the same time. While us readers get to see a trashy "I can't believe this isn't Hentai" Manga. Wins all around.

Remember, the counterpart also has this world's beauty standards rather than our protagonist's. To him he likely found a beautiful woman with low self esteem where our version is having a similar interaction with the S rank party. The different beauty standards means both are likely landing what to them is a Beauty and to the other would be unappealing.

In other news I'm glad this one doesn't have the absurd nipples that other one had...
