I'm fairly sure that Japanese doesn't have that exact expression at all, and insulting someone is largely done by using the wrong form of 'you'. And when I type that into a translator it shows 'kuso yarou' which literally means 'shitty bastard'.
Anyway, few authors would go out of their way to make their reverse worlds different in an organic, believable way, especially when they're trying to tell a simple smutty story.

i think it's more the magical translation spell or whatever is taking a phrase they have there and changing it to something mc would recognize. like how he said that person's japenese was perfect. it's likely filling in and altering idioms as well.
