There are so many oh my god. Outside the yuri space like fucking so many. Usual example is pedo McGee mushoko tensai which is actually worse but even in the yuri ones you have ILTV where it would have probably been best to not have Rei be a former office worker. Please bully me miss villainess is another case but it barely acknowledges its an isekai anyways besides making a bit out of how the main characters can’t have sex because one is a reincarnated office lady who’s just gonna wait till her gf is of age. Which is fucking weird and then it just doesn’t acknowledge it ever again almost as if the author got self conscious.

Fed Up Office Lady counts too, though hard to really apply 'grooming'. But the MC is a summoned OL, and Lapis is... actually I'm not sure we have an exact age, or if this school is like high school or college, author playing it coy. But it looks more like high school, with the uniforms and such.

I dunno about Bully, though. I couldn't find any clear evidence of Yvonne's first-life age. She's experienced subway crushes, but so could a Japanese high schooler. She's never dated anyone before. She doesn't really think much about her past life outside the gameplay, but I think there's a memory of a friend jumping off a high school roof.

So there's no clear evidence she's really older than Elsa, apart from living childhood twice, and yeah the "oh we can't, I'm too old" was bizarrely out of nowhere, especially after already getting together and making out.

ILTV I just genuinely blank out that part for the sake of my own sanity because it changes nothing. Office lady is blatantly worse because it is just a 30 year old Japanese woman hitting on a depressed high schooler. Bully makes a very clear point but it is in passing. I wish I remembered where it was exactly but there’s over 100 chapters and it never does much with it though please do trust me that it is direct about it. She did directly note not wanting uh, do the deed with Elsa due to an age gap. I swear this is real and that I’m not hallucinating. On that note for something more positive magirevo has done nothing but positive here. Anis is reincarnated in a very literal sense. She’s had flashes of her past life and is aware it existed but as a person she is just the person she is in the world she exists. Her soul may have carried on but her force of personality is uniquely that of the life she is currently living.

I don't think the OL has hit on anyone. She's just a babe magnet. Also, Lapis doesn't feel like a depressed high schooler, given (a) her height (b) her power and (c) her genocidal ambitions.

And yeah, on a reincarnation scale, Anis is "native with some vague memories from Earth", Rae is "Earth personality with some native memories to function", Yvonne seems somewhere in between, and Natori isn't even reincarnated, just summoned like Narnia.
