This year just keeps on "delivering"...

I always looked forward to seeing new chapters of this. They were never disappointing. I don't know where people are coming from, saying it had no momentum. The story has gone a lot further than the considerable majority of manga at this chapter count. There was still a ton to explore.

Meanwhile I watch dumpster fires like Daredemo Dakeru Kimi ga Suki go on and on with decent sales numbers despite pulling some unbelievable shit with no respect towards the readership at all.

It's painful to see that reality is what it is. That humanity in general just kinda sucks and wants bad things. We see it everywhere lately. But reading stories like this is how I'm supposed to handle all of that; by having something cute and uplifting where justice can prevail and good people can succeed. But even that gets taken away.

At least we'll get some kind of ending.

Surprised to see this one canceled especially with vilaness yuri being one of the sub-generes of yuri that usually does really well

Sad to hear that one of the best manga I've read recently is ending so soon, but what I've learned as of late is that Japan doesn't really have taste, and that westerners need a better, faster way to financially support manga like this before it gets canceled.

I also think that the gyaru maid probably had a big brain moment and realized that if magical potential comes from genetics / DNA, and you can use magic to manipulate / strengthen DNA, then you can power up your own magic potential if you have the fine magic control to do so, and the awareness of what DNA is and how it works.

Since she already used magic to manipulate her DNA to regrow her hand, she probably found a way to grow out her magic potential too.

It's ending in the next chapter? Aww man, just when I thought I'd found a fun series to follow. Wishing the best for author's next serialization(s).

Well, it's a shame, but I cannot say I am surprised with how much the relationship and even the plot kept dragging on, going in circles, and the both of them being stupid and stupider. People are bound to get sick and lost interest after a whole year of no progression in practically all fronts, and with this axe news, it even makes me think that the only reason things started to go anywhere was because of the impending axe.
That logic doesn't work when lots of garbage series (Kanokari being the prime example) can last for very long. I guess you can't fix shit taste eh

Welp, let's hope the author can wrap this up nicely and if not, continue on their twitter or fanbox.
