The power of yuri was so strong that they could study for 12 hours with just a single break... that goes beyond romcoms.

I also just love the degree of genuine affection and care they have for one another.

Reina clearly is the "put together" of the two, but she absolutely adores Yua, and Yua is head over heels for her - to the point that, as ditzy and impulsive as she is, she'll buckle down and focus her mind on a goal because it'll mean she can go on to accomplish long-term goals at Reina's side.

And...it's just this perfect mix of goofy cuteness of gyarus, with moments of mature narrative storytelling, lots of lovey-dovey moments that don't come off as exploitive or "for the lewd/luls", all wrapped up in the fact it's bonafide yuri.

The author really succeeded in threading the needle in bringing all these facets together into a very well-written and nuanced pair of characters that are simultaneously laugh-out-loud funny to read about, but embody actual serious and cozy romance elements.

Truly one of the better series to come out in recent times - yuri, romance, or otherwise.

Indeed, they are gyarus but that not their entire identity. Instead of the usual gimmicks, both of them are different and behave like girls of their age. The fact that they keep being mesmerising after that strong first chapter (that the author intended to leave as a one-shot) proves how much care is put into this couple of lovebirds. We need more series like this one.
