Thanks for the chapter! It was such a pure fighting chapter that I even started to feel a little uncomfortable lol. I don't even have much to moan or discuss at all.
@rudezki This chapter didn't even have any lewd content and showed (though I didn't understand why) someone like a male version of Misora. I'm wondering if this chapter was written by an evil twin brother Rui from a parallel universe? Damn, I'm so much late with these silly halloween jokes.
@Curccoll Up until the 90s, you will only occasionally remember how lewd it was in the beginning.
@Raknasuu Before, I suddenly realized why every volume starts with the very lewd chapters, but now I began to understand why, since the beginning of this arc, the covers have become more and more lewd.
@Raknasuu This is Rui's whole career. This dude was born to create awesome all-female shonen-ish action, but in the end he always ends up discussing lewd content with the editor for which they won't be jailed.
This one arc is already a much better martial arts series than most of the popular dood I've read until this point. No chit-chatter or inner monologuing for nearly a chapter, just straight out pummeling and actual acknowledgement of body mass and it's influence.
Kudos to the mangaka! Thank You to the translator! Ko-hi will have to wait a bit more though.
Well, for fair thought, there ARE many fighting manga titles out here/there. So, maybe adding some 'controversial' plots may or might increase the sells, if not jump-start the series. The title, cover and the earlier plots or story lines can make or break with the readers' interests.
I'm one of the few who voted Nastassya in the poll, and I'm glad I gave her a chance. The sculpture-worthy physique aside, it's refreshing to see a well-adjusted and even friendly athlete in this waifufest.
Still, I wonder. I often mess up with body proportions but is Nasha's weight of 72 kilos accurate for her build? Seems a bit light for how tall and muscular she is.
@VF89 Well, if you read the comments on the early volumes, "I came here for lewd content, but suddenly got a fighting manga" is a common joke among the Japanese. One way or another, the fact that the most vulgar chapters are almost always at the very beginning of the volume (sometimes even in this arc) suggests that Rui is really trying to lure the reader with this. But as you can already see from the discussion of the manga itself, the original audience eventually began begging him for a return to the old style.
@Saon You talk as if any fighting manga should be pure action without any reasonable content. Though I agree that the way Naruto and other "flashbacks in the midle of fight" titles handled it was just awful.
