The level of regret to want to turn yourself in and never hurt them again by removing yourself from their life completely is sweet in a way... but she already permanantly carved herself onto her body so it's a bit late for that...

Now twisted-love senpai is like, "silly moron, I wasn't trying to break up with you so to make this work, Imma carve SIX lines into your back too. This way we've now secretly marked each other as owned property just for us. Great idea right?"
