Its because some mangas have calm before the storm where she would have probly died in a few chapters in with everything that happened with her this chapter. Its why they're saying death flag.

This series isn't like that so probly progression flag.
Unless they pull a sike on us and she actually had some sickness that'll kill her off or a history of getting abused in a few chapters.
At most, this chapter gives off the impression she was bullied or simply avoided at school and he was probly the only reason she actively goes to school now.
