No, I'm not dissatisfied with her character or disappointed in how things were resolved, I just said I don't think anyone actually has a problem with how things went. But she blackmailed Haimiya. For a really bad reason. It was handled well, and it doesn't make me dislike her character, but it's blackmail. It was really stupid blackmail too. That's about it. Good arc, well written character, she's a dumbass cause she blackmailed Haimiya. I'm satisfied regardless. It's that simple.

When it comes to other people in this thread, they just don't like her. That doesn't mean they have a problem with anything else, it just means they don't like the character who blackmailed the FML. And they're gonna complain about the character they don't like. Doesn't really matter how things got resolved or how bad she feels about it, they don't like who they don't like. I can't really blame them for disliking a character who was introduced via blackmail. I still like her, but I also acknowledge that blackmail is really fucking bad and talking it over with Haimiya doesn't erase all bad will she got herself multiple chapters ago. It doesn't really have to. Blackmail isn't supposed to be something super easily forgiven anyway, Haimiya is just REALLY nice and doesn't really care anymore.

Cause every time I see someone talk about a loli it's just a 10 year old that's technically legal because they're 1000 but no one seems to talk about the fact that they talk like a kid, walk like a kid, and cry like a baby if you tell them they can't have candy. I like Loli characters the moe/cute aesthetic, the different types of Lolis, and the outrages unrealistic, and sometimes hilarious setting the authors write for them. It's like any other type of character in fiction but FOR SOME REASON Lolis get the "it's real treatment" but furries,futas, traps ect. That's fictional? Also long ago people had the understanding that anime characters have unrealistic proportions especially with female characters but just cause you draw smaller lines it's somehow more realistic? Nah

You're reading a story where you have access to characters' thoughts, something you do not have in real life, so you can't say with all the confidence of the world that the girl was being sincere, because the heroin does not know her intentions, all she chose to believe was her words.

Being stupid is not the same as being malicious, she had the malice of throwing her job and family problems onto someone she hasn't exchanged proper communication EVEN ONCE. She had other people vouche for her character and intentions. That's manipulation lol using people that trust you to pass on that trust to others, inderectly glazing yourself.

The logic and actions are fucked up, she can be a good person and still act crazy. The logic process she went through to make these decisions shows that perfectly, even with the other person going against it.

Edit: Just gotta remember that these are the same readers that call any isekai MC's who don't murder hobo anyone who looks in their general direction "spineless" and at the same time call the isekai MCs who do murder hobo "edgelords". You can't win with them, they will find something to complain about.

Calling out bs never goes this way. The actual problem is that the whole arc was done poorly, a good person that admires the heroine for whatever reason is already a good character, why have the other characters trust her inderectly by picking up her problems when they didn't even talk before?
Why not make her win their trust and friendship like she did with every other person and then build her character from this new friendship? No, let's forgive everything and have another character that the FMC will be open with so we can write girl talk!
It's crap, a good character butchered by fucked up and unrealistic writing only made her be hated.
