No I don't think that's what he's thinking. He knows the only reason she did that was to coerce him into working for her. He knows she makes advances at him often, it's just that he believes shes doing it because she enjoys tormenting him, and he's not even wrong about that. It's just that she at the same time has feelings for him, so without her actually being clear about her feelings he'll likely never make the connection
