Honestly, both of them have been pretty selfish. It's just that when Yukana is, we actually get to see Junichi's reaction(like when she decided to go abroad and never told him anything until he'd basically talked himself into believing that she was gonna break up with him when she left). When Junichi acts selfish like now, she's nowhere to be found and we get no insight as to how she feels about anything. It's just all-around terrible writing and Ueno resorts to "LOOK, BOOBS!" to distract from it.

In this author's other series Gal Sensei the MC got to do it multiple times with the FMC, got some good times with the other girls, and it was considerably short and enjoyable with a happy end...
