Manga world must have significantly higher alcohol content in its chocolate liqueurs than we do in the real world, after seeing this sort of thing so many times. To be blunt, you'd probably be throwing up from eating so much gross chocolate (those things aren't particularly well known for actually tasting good) long before you even got a buzz.
