That an orphaned little girl that tragically dies drowning in a well would over the years build up a grudge comparable to a sexual harasser that wants to fondle big boobies. Something like that, but since the cover lacks that subtlety it will only look as the heroine is being threatened by some shadowy entity and people will assume there is some mysterious figure after her in this volume.
