If you're talking about the pool chapter, where she said "you haven't changed", i think she was referring to how Hashiba is still nice and care (by fixing her bikini) even though they were fighting. Throughout the story, Hashiba had been being nice and sweet. For example, that time when she was on diet, he shared his foot.

@zerio that might be true, but considering how serious she was in the beginning of their relationship I still think there was something more on her part. Anyway, even if such a plot was planned it seems to have been dropped so we'll probably never know for certain.
