This the kind of manga where every side character can just act in the most enraging and upsetting way, yet the plot (and mcs) forgive them because "they did it for a good reason".
Many kids fall out with their parents for less than this. At this point, she should just run away from home or something so her parents can get through their heads that she's still a kid who has things she wants to do and experience. A kid who is ultimately going to do dumb and stupid things at some point in her life. They should be grateful that the worse she has done yet is cycling with someone on the bike.
Sheltering her this much is just setting her up for failure. She couldn't even say no to a pick-up artist in the first chapter.
What kind of empty-headed, easily manipulable, "gives her social security number at first sign of pressure" kind of woman do they want her to grow into ?
