Okay this is actually really cute. This makes me wonder though who their father is. Does that meant the father had converted to Islam before remarrying?

looking at the raws, it seems the mothers are living together and no image of the father yet. Can't understand Japanese so this is going off images

Small children really do have no idea when it comes to dietary restrictions. I have a niece and nephew who who have severe allergies and it's the adults who have to make sure they eat things that are safe, they are simply too young to understand.

@nomadicengi While it is allowed to have polygamy in Islam, it is not actually allowed to marry someone who is not Islam. Seeing as the oldest child looks like he can eat pork, then their side of the family is not Islamic, which was the reason why I'm wondering if the father converted to Islam before marrying again.

@Thifa before we discuss polygamy in Islam, isn't it illegal in Japan for polygamy? He should know that right. I bet he just converted and remarried again.

I actually kinda know that. I do remember that the muslim man is free to marry any woman but for a muslim woman, she can only marry a Muslim man. It might be the other way around and because I'm basing this on Philippine law, it might be different in Malaysia.

May I just say Mikha's face while eating that banana melted my stone-heart down.

Also, I though banana's weren't snacks. 😅

@nomadicengi different countries, different laws. From what I could understand his second marriage was in Malaysia.

From Islamic law point of view, a muslim can marry anyone from any religion of the book but is not encouraged to do so.

Wheather they can do that is also dependent on local laws.
