Apart from the little sister, i don't think anyone else have any idea about the weight of her words. As far as parents are concerned, they were friends for a good amount of time and always hang around eachother so its perfectly resonable for them to stay together during university too.

Oh she definitely wanted the house to themselves and then came as close to coming out as possible. I'm so glad Chidori is opening up because for a while or did seem like Nanoha was carrying the relationship.

And I still believe both their families and their friends know but are waiting for the formal coming out.

The siblings 100% know. The nabe comments and the knowing looks on their faces. Imouto-chan even gives Chidori the green light at the end. This was a perfect yuri twist on the stereotypical "meetings the parents" chapter. I loved it.
