Alternative title should be: "Extrovert Falling In Love With The Introvert"
Hanakawa is an extrovert point to point and her past and present relationship were just like that.
Finding people who don't have problems interacting with other people, have comfort with it and that's what "feeds them", reason why all of them were cheaters since they sometimes seek as much attention without lasting companionship or effects on others because they have enough opinions to choose. Even the last guy Hanakawa was dating, felt like an extrovert, he noticed something is off and simply moved on without hesitation to another chance.
Takaya is an introvert, interactions with anyone is at minimum necessary in work and outside. We're strict, calm and calculating. Any relationships are frivolous be it friends or romantic, it's not what "feeds us", we're not seeking people and are extremely "picky" but also very faithful to our heart if we choose the right person.
Unfortunately we're also very slow in expressing our feelings, this may be seen as cold but we're not exactly expressive kind, but if we do they're 100% genuine.
Takaya each time rejected Hanakawa mentioned he does care about her in between the lines, that's just hard to tell from extrovert point of view.
Introverts also tend to be "extroverted" while "hiding behind keyboard" such as in this story, Takaya in his Sunmoon personality gave away care and compassion each time, totally different to his real life self.
I like how the plants Hanakawa grew reflected her relationship status, from strawberries withering when she broke up, tomato-chan problems blooming when she didn't knew what's going on and "over watering them" when she was too pushy in her chase after Takaya which made them wither. Then growing strawberries at slow pace, letting them bloom and finally give a small fruit when she let Takaya to live with her.
Overall it's a good story, albeit it would be good to explain Takaya previous relationships or his introversion, albeit the latter would be considered as "mental issues" over at Japan so it was probably why it wasn't explained, leaving for the reader to figure it out.
It's a shame it ended up just with a bit childish "indirect kiss", but that's a pretty big step for an introvert tho'
The art was very good, expressions of Hanakawa were memorable, even the plants were detailed as their look basically were a secondary character.
Thanks again for your work
@Satansslut669, your work was always at extremely top quality for a solo projects. It saddens me deeply that you suddenly disappeared without a trace in the times of pandemic, really hope nothing bad happened... godspeed.
I'll give it 9/10, it's a very good story but at least "few years after" with marriage would be good.
