Honestly, this might be the manga that causes me to give up on the genre. Specifically this godawful arc. I mean, not to pretend like shonen romcoms aren't amongst the lowest tier of manga genres, but this one is just so... bad. It has no new ideas, everything is clichéd, no character acts even a little bit like a human being, and none of the central characters are any interesting. Once you strip away the clichés you've seen dozens of times, there's just nothing left.
