Hmmm... Many comments about Kanda not telling the truth and stuff.
I actually like the fact that she's still hiding her gender (storywise). If she just goes to Ookuma and says "I'm a girl", then what's the point of the story? Clearly she's too scared of saying the truth, she feels guilty and drags the lie trying to protect the way things are going. That's whqt the story is about... while also having a lot of cute moments.
I won't deny is dragging out and this can be done faster, but I don't think its current speed is a problem.

Also, her friends are so freaking cool and seem like nice dudes.

@Danglark It probably would be pretty unreasonable to have just been like "So yeah, I'm actually a girl too" already. We're six chapters in, might not even be a whole volume's worth yet. If they do wrap this bit of things up but keep the story going from there, it'll probably just transition into some pretty typical yuri drama. Y'know, worries about how friends and family will look at them for both being girls. Which isn't really going to feel any different than Kanda having to pretend she's a he, at the end of the day. Either one is just a thing that'll be trying to get in the way of cute couple moments.

I think the short, dark haired one might know what's up. Seems like the unassuming, observant type, and I'm pretty sure that "Hmm..." at the end was his, like he was thinking and putting the pieces together. I could also just be reading too much into the situation. Wouldn't be the first time.

For what should have been a cutesy comedy romance, the main character really starting to just kill the humor completely with her constant lies. It’s not cool, attractive, or funny. The author seriously needs to get this nonsense dealt with so we can get on with the actual plot: a yuri romantic comedy. Bordering on as bad as that Yuri anime about cheating/ntr...

Unless this manga takes a horrible sharp turn. Like the main love interest turn out to hate Kanda kun. No one has anything to really complain about. Its suppose to be a comdey misunderstanding/romance. If anything i love the kanda developing feeling. Which is gonna make the angst so fucking good.

The worst of it can be they have a big falling out and they both. Come to an understanding that they still wanna be together no matter the gender. But its only 6 chapter in not even a full ass volume yet. By the time we hit volume 2 then everyone should get a good vibe for whats happening. No less no more.

See the thing is that keeping up this charade will make it so that theres never any real progress on the relationship cuz Kandas too scared her gender will be revealed and thats really pissing me off i want to see the characters connect despite being the same gender i want some progress damn it.

In real life there are persons like Kanda, hiding her gender coz she doesn't want to be separated from the person she loves. A lesbian girl falls for a straight girl and pretends she's a guy. Both live in a country that doesn't acknowledge same sex relationship. An acquaintance of mine had witnessed this kind of story. I just remembered it.
