I miss the days I could go a whole night, and do all the stuff they do in this manga. Deepfrying stuff, making bread, reading, walking my dog at 4AM, drinking cofee near the highaway, watching a ton of late nigh movies...

He is still young enough not to have to worry of the consequences of eating deep fried foods late at night.
Sooner or later just having a lot walks wouldn’t sufficiently compensate for the food and lifestyle….. (though unlikely to be shown here)

What relation do fried foods and nighttime have?

Fried foods are high in fat, and fats take longer to digest. Eating them close to bedtime can disrupt sleep because your body stays busy digesting instead of winding down.

  • Acid reflux/heartburn: Fried foods can relax the lower esophageal sphincter, which can lead to acid reflux, especially if you lie down soon after eating.
  • Sleep quality: Heavy, greasy meals can increase body temperature and interfere with the natural drop in core temperature needed for deep sleep.

Doesn't matter much if you don't sleep at night
