Poor Dad.

Sorry, but Tarou needs to be saved from himself, This ain't "Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san". Eve is not going to achieve a pseudo-real body that the world can see or interact with.

I can already see the "heartbreak" ending where Tarou lets Eve go because he finally comes to grip with the terrible realities of the world choosing between Ibusuki and Eve.

if you were told you could actually see your waifu irl, you would be as obsessed as his dad tbh.

@sh4dey even more stark is the fact that the more intensely he interacts with her, the more damaging it is to his health, to the point that just touching her(which had happened once or twice before) immediately starts damaging him. Would not be surprised if anything more could straight up kill him, like she is a spirit and he is material, and never the twain shall meet without disastrous consequences

People seem to be unable to understand the Dad's perspective and how his life's work and obsession is hurting him (metaphorically and literally) and how he trying to understand 'something' he physically cannot see or experience first hand, and only has a second hand explanation of it. He's like a color blind person trying to discover what the colors they're unable to see looks like or how it feels to see it. Tarou also has the same problem as his father. He can't let go and understand that Eve's existence really isn't a healthy 'being' to have such a strong attachment too (especially since the person Eve is a tit'd up and idealized version of is right next to him and has been for the entirety of the series) and how it also affects Ririsu. Either that, or the author will add or reveal information and will flip both Tarou, his dad, Ririsu, and Eve's perspective on the whole existence and situation that they're in.

The dad also basically has a stand, and that's cooler than anything Eve could ever be.

This story has had such a ridiculous amount of progression the past like 20 chapters it really does feel like it's nearing end game. I like it.
