Every single chapter part in this ends abruptly. Even the ones that are clearly the end of chapter. I know I know, cliffhangers right. But does every chapter end right in the middle of someone talking? That makes the manga feel like it should just be binged since chapters actually don't matter.

That being said kicking someone's ass just to heal them right after is a new brand of torture, LOL. But leaving them in a fucked up beaten state for a few hours or days THEN healing them is even BETTER torture. Sometimes my evil streak scares me. I would make a horrible villain, LOL.

supporting the enemy who puts people in concentration camps and works them to death.
must be stockholm syndrom or worse.
what was the authors reasoning for a main character "negotiating" with a princess who doesnt keep her word?
who always planned from the start to get rid of the "inhuman otherworldlers"?
imprisonment, murder attempt, torture, murder, hostages.
and he pays her with resources? it doesnt make sense.

tbh this manga is quite spot on potraying kids behaviour in predicaments. Most adventurous manga keep treating "chosen child" to suddenly matured in way of thinking and act. This one really strikes the balance between little bit of prodigy and kids act.

With bonus, man-child adult is also included here.

...so....he punished the princess further....by giving her exactly what she require to have in order to do as she wished and protect her people...essentially easing part of her mental burden and her job....
What will her next punishment be? a foot massage? being made to eat cake that's high in calories?...Giving her a few hundred dozen soldiers to protect her people and then pretend it's a punishment by calling her "my familiar" again?...
He already stated he plans to use her as much as possible.

He said he plans to kill the royal family of her kingdom leaving only her in charge, these moments arnt punishment it’s literally a message that he can come at anytime, is always watching, and can end everything in an instant.

at least, she isn't gonna plan anything against them anymore as she thinks she's his familiar.
She's not mentally incapacitated, sooner or later she'll realize it's all a bluff. Or at the very least that her will is still her own.

Then there is the plain fact that, this is not a punishment. In no interpretation of the word.

She's outright responsible for selfishly and willingly stranding a bunch of children away from their lives and families (with no way of them ever returning home), with the very clear intent of enslaving and mistreating them in order to create disposable soldiers. Heck, she's directly responsible for murdering one of them in one of the slowest and painful methods (aka via starvation and exhaustion) and all she had to say was that it's was a disposable monkey. And intentionally sent the MC to be executed by being eaten alive by monsters, for the "sin" of having no power.

That goes beyond the BS plot of "she was protecting her people" that's just outright evil. And not only does she go virtually unpunished, she actually gets rewarded by the MC himself, he just gives her the results she hoped to achieve by doing the summoning ritual.
A cheap way to defend her people .

And that contradicts my words, how?
No matter how you look at this, the MC is directly rewarding the princess with his actions.

The entire reason she intentionally summoned children to enslave and have them as disposable soldiers is to protect her people.
And the MC is giving her exactly, that. By not killing her and protecting her people, the MC made the summoning ritual a stellar success that goes even beyond what the princess hoped to achieve.

What's more, he'll even do all the dirty work for her and take out her incompetent(or outright nefarious and self serving) family, essentially making her Queen of an entire kingdom, whence before that was never going to happen since she was among the least (if not the least) of the royals in line of succession.

SO much for the MC who said "I'll definitely kill this fucking bitch", he fell to the "goody two shoes" manga protagonist trope.
