"Haha let's mock a huge tragedy and cosplaying to mock them further."
In real life they would be beaten up or worse killed. because to mock dead is a huge no-no.
if i was Kento. i would hurt them so much that they will remember that rest of their lives... even putting a scar on their forheads that will say. "I am a massive asshole who mocks the dead." or if i truly am evil. "I like dead kids because they do not fight back."

I'm baffled that the kid came out of a black circle in the air and the most important thing the inspector think is having Kento talk with all other (higher) offices involved because:
0k9lpy.png

Yeah, another country in a completely another world....
So what's your plan? Asking the kid that can move through dimensions to be your messanger for negotiations and get compensation? You want gold?
Because I can safely bet on the fact that Kento told you they don't know how to bring everyone back...not even the "summoners" know...and I wouldn't trust a kid to bring me that sum of money hoping in his morals
(knowing kento, he would...but he would also not ask them, since it'd would basically taking money from the poor unknowing citizens.....much like "helping" Lastock isn't helping the princess but avoiding the slaughter of the people)
So I find it weird that you might want to make the situation bigger and putting out in the open that about 200 kids got isekai'd and now have magic powers....you need just that, so all the dumbasses walking the streets mocking a part of the situation will start jumping from school buildings or something for a chance of getting isekai'd too?
Idk...I'm struggling to understand this last part of the chapter. Hope next chapter will make it clear

if i was Kento. i would hurt them so much that they will remember that rest of their lives...
If I was Kento, in all honesty, I'd pay a "visit" to my "dad"....

The story is interesting but wow characters are so incredibly lifeless. Like some kid just pops up through some shadow portal, and nobody even emotes. You would freak out someone would at least freak out.
That might be an artifact of Japanese society. Showing excess emotion is seen as being immature or out-of-control. You mostly see it promoted only in stories pushed at kids (shonen and shojo). In Seinen and Josei stories, emotions are something to deal with and conquer, not a 'source of power'.

This is why you get some media like Metroid: Other M, where the main character seems so uncharacteristically emotionless by Western standards.

He just demonstrated that he can bring items back and forth between worlds to those investigators. It’s a good thing that he doesn’t have any remaining ties to earth because he’d be turned into a mule
I would request modern day medication, food like MRE's/canned the long term storage stuff (if they don't count as living things), industrial equipment and firearms to deal with the xeno humans. Depends how much he can carry but having some modern day equipment would go a long way.

Moreover, If they can't come back to Japan, might as well carve out a Terran enclave. Especially, considering how the alien humans view Terrans. (Yeah Reisenburg is cool but it is only because Kento is there). If he gets killed, I'm pretty sure Reisenburg has no problem of selling his classmates/teachers out to the Kingdom.

Sadly it’s something that happens even irl, I mean look at how a certain set of people reacted to an assassination.

Disgusting really

Is the princess like... really young?, i mean sure, the first summoned people where of "that" type... but up to now she could kind of see that this is not the case...

I´m kind of dreading that her answer to know how many she killed, is offer her body even harder

Considering the environment she grew up in, it's likely she had to "grow up really fast." People affiliated with her family are influencing her siblings to want to enslave her (and far worse) and/or ignore management of the people, and through it all she's doing everything in her limited power and extremely limited worldly experience just trying to make sure her kingdom doesn't collapse under their sadism, gluttony, and negligence, while simultaneously having a handicap in ever gaining a dominant station due to facts of her existence for which she had no control or decision. She's literally willing to sell her body to a "probably evil later" in order to save her people on the border (who love and cherish her) and, by extension, far more people who either don't care about her in the least, want to see her hanged, or otherwise wish worse upon her. Her regional holding is essentially blackmail (would be a shame if these innocent people were all slaughtered...).

She's not evil. She's desperate, terrified, reasonably ignorant, and holding things together by a thread that's trying to cut itself to spite her.

they are happy family until the dad cheats and living with his mistress and abandoned them. Mom fell into despair and started to gambling because of it. Thus Kento family become broken.

When the summoning happen, and kento is presume dead/missing, Mom probably distraught because she still loves her son.She blaming the dad that only return later on and stabbing him because he is the reason their family is broken.

She probably unalive herself because of guilt to her son. she unable to fix her relationship with her son and her husband not even care about her and kento. so what the point of living thus end her self.

if Kento came back earlier and meet his mom, would be she be alive and able to reconcile and fix their relationship? because in kento memories, his mom used to be very sweet and caring about him. she only changes after dad cheating.

but for sure the dad is asshole and the one that should be dead.

Fortunately you guys dodged what could have been a massive cliffhanger. Cerezeth did some real hard work, it's been a pleasure assisting.

Kento’s going through the five stages of grief, we just saw denial, fortunately for the anger stage, he’s got the perfect walking talking stress ball…

Changes from web novel (oh boy!):
  • The flashbacks of the mother were added by the mangaka.
  • The mother Mitsuko’s original design in 47.2 was an easter egg for novel readers. When she reappeared, the mangaka must have figured it’d be too awkward to keep her looking like Yuika, and this allowed him to give Mitsuko more character (visual design is an important part of characterization in manga).
  • The policeman's conversation was condensed, omitting questions that prompted Kento to reflect on his acceptance in Volzard and Klaus, which disrupted the narrative flow.
  • The library section had paragraphs about a specific impostor responsible for Kento becoming famous, said impostor Kento’s father couldn’t bare to face and verify because he’d have to explain what happened with the mom.
  • Reinhardt and the teachers each talked to Kento about writing his own letter to his father.
  • After talking to the teachers, Kento went to his forest base and used magic stones to boost his undead, making them understand Japanese and testing them.
  • The Meisa & Amanda scene started in a slice of life manner like usual. The manga replaced the original dialogue that ended the scene, which was "Well, you can stay forever, but the girls won't allow it, so until you have your own house, think of this as your own."
  • Kento was tackled to the ground when he went to the detective office. Their argument about resisting was supposed to be comical, it was written in 2017, certain real world events since then would make it quite awkward.
  • Most of WN CH 93 was cut except some dialogue about interstellar diplomacy. Kento had orders he couldn’t refuse to buy tampons for the stranded girls, the detective drove him to the store and after Kento goes in and gets embarrassed, pays for them. Kento and the detective had an exchange that boils down to: ‘You have a girlfriend.’‘How did you know?’ ‘Because you’re whipped.’ Then Kento had some tension with Yuika when handing them over, before leaving for Lastock.
  • Camilla was in her office, at night, with dark circles under her eyes. Kento rested his feet on her table, and made her sit across from him with a gesture. Camilla’s scene had to be moved outside because of changes originating from the light novels, but nuance was lost.

:pepehmm:Camilla's working relationship with Kento should remain a secret from the Knights. If they witness this, it jeopardizes a pivotal moment in WN chapter 102. The adaptation appears to overlook this crucial plot point, likely due to a rushed effort to accommodate Kento's different familiars compared to the novel. In the book, Camilla ordered the Knights to do other work than protecting her, a very unfortunate habit.

Of all the isekai I've read, this is one of the rare ones where the real world actually has importance for the MC and the other characters and not just a convenient tool to explain why the MC is more powerful than the others, I like that a lot.

I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too

is pretty much bland wish fulfillment but I still like it because it has that element to it. Mc is suddenly hot and powerful on Japan too and gets to enjoy all the luxuries that brings

Yeah and for that shocking revelation the princess will be rewarded yet again by giving her even more help to protect her people.
At least that's what this manga has shown so far. Larger than average tits > appropriate punishment.

Also...what's Kento expecting for her to feel remorse by telling her she killed more people?
The whole summoning endeavor was done by her in order to obtain disposable soldier slaves, to throw against the monsters and have them die in the stead of her people.
Plus Kento saw her clearly showing ZERO empathy when Funayama died as a direct result of her orders. Heck the Princess outright ordered the unceremonious disposal of his body by throwing it to be eaten by goblins...and called him a dead monkey.

The author already made this story a lot worse by having Kento reward her for what she did instead of actually punishing her.
I hope he won't have her now somehow magically grow a conscience and feel bad for killing a few extra "monkeys" during the summoning ritual.
I agree with the second paragraph, but dont forget the only reason he didnt kill her is because he was stoppped by his skeleton (who is a lot older than him so he has soe experience and wisdom to share because of that) and the "reward" i assume you mean the help with the defences, if that is the case it was explained earlier that this is for literally innocent people just like they were innocent and dragged there to be killed basically, should they end up as the same kind of people and forsake the innocent? thats just my take though.

A certain set? Let's be honest here. The people that make fun of school shootings are the most vile pieces of shit ever. And those that encourage or even revel in it, like a certain right-wing fascist propagandist who recently died, are even worse.
