• Missing context: Takayama and the other named boys had learned from Klaus while working on the wall with him, similar to Marianne educating the girls. Also, we knew more about the Princes, 1st Prince was a puppet, not just gay lol, while 2nd and 3rd have drugged out orgies and specific intentions for Camilla.
• Part of Kento’s exchange with Reinhardt replaced a brief scene where we saw busy Camilla react dutifully to the letter ordering her to prepare the briefing by evening on top of her already abundant workload.

Camilla thought Takayama was most likely to become Demon King and wanted leverage over him, while her mother, the commoner hating Queen Maylene, had just the ‘tool’ needed. I remember really enjoying where this subplot went...
