I kinda want to slap the publishers for subdividing the chapters, but supposedly they provide updates faster if they don't have to finish the whole chapter for each release.

This guy's emotion and objectives flip-flops so much; depressed and scheming one chapter, going on a date the next.

It makes sense to me because I was the same way at that age. Super depressed and lethargic during school hours. Super cheerful and active after school hours.

For now the manga is following the LN pretty closely, but it goes more in depth for his thoughts and reasoning. If you're interested you could read along in the LN and pause when you're caught up with the current manga chapters.

The story gets pretty ridiculous later on. To the point that I was wondering wtf the author was thinking.

Actually it's one whole volume no chapters. Maybe that's why it's slow. the website that is giving free trial of the volume is splitting into chapters of 30 pages.

I don't get how this would even need a change that can be forgotten. The special cases in written English where a new line could begin with a hyphen are few and far between, and none of them seem to be in use. Even that stupid habit of sticking it to the honorifics rather than to the name that seems so popular among scanlators has no foundation in typography to speak of.
I don't get it.
