Well, he's power hungry and seems to be manipulated by a prime minister candidate guy. But yeah, from what I remember, the first prince is the clear better option (I mean, what we've seen here is only the tip of the iceburg for 2nd and 3rd prince's crimes). Which is why Camilla sided with the first prince.

Lets see the usual causes are bribery (two groups double the bribe), they are in on it, don't care, or they are simply incompetency. I wonder which is this one

The one thing that really stood out though, they not only claimed it was fake, they knew she didn't sign it at the office. That was a odd detail as they were confident she didn't sign it in a official building. So where did she sign it that she didn't immediately say that she did?
To me that means one of two things, she actually was tricked with a fake, they could ether be part of that scam or even legit (doubt). Or does the official tend to bring paperwork outside to sign? That seems odd.
But yeah something is off that the guards and town don't interject.
My take would be that the official is corrupt, he brought out bs documents outside his workplace and those are what she has. The thugs were then sent to kidnap her because.. well we all know why she was targeted. So yeah guards and the town won't interject.

I mean, sure, but if the prime minister pulls the strings then it just shifts to is that guy a good one. As for him being power hungry, I guess. But he seems fine with praising others and acknowledging them. He is ok with others being more competent. So if he is willing to cover his faults by giving jobs to those who will do it better, he should be fine.

I am not sure about other countries, but in my town, traditional markets usually use tickets for daily seller levies. These are collected by officials shop by shop, not at an office. There is no need for a signature, but you can keep a half of the ticket slip as proof. Each ticket also has a serial number.

Additionally, the officials wear uniforms, so you can identify them and ensure you are paying the official levy, not an illegal one.

Tbf, it's not the fact that he is gay itself that is the problem. A promiscuous royal who have no prospect of an heir in the near future is where lies the problem in it. His mind is probably elsewhere outside of politics and he is easy to manipulate.

Regarding the space issue, speech bubbles are not always rectangular, and I’ve been trying to keep the font size consistent within the constraints of the bubbles. Sometimes that means there’s less room to work with, but I’ll keep an eye on it and aim for better balance. That said, as a one-person team without a proofreader, I might not catch every space issue or formatting detail. I'll do my best to spot and fix them, but there may be occasional oversights. I appreciate your understanding and patience as I work through these challenges and improve myself.

As for the the full-stop issue, I was following the approach taken by the previous translator, but after going through other series, I see that full-stops are indeed included. I'll make sure to add them moving forward.

That said, I’d appreciate it if we could keep the tone a bit more relaxed. I understand you're passionate about the details, but a more constructive approach would really help us communicate more effectively.

I’m still relatively new to translation and trying to move as quickly as possible in the meantime. I hope you can be more understanding.
