It looks like the OG author was a little sloppy transitioning from webnovel to Light Novel around here. Originally, massages and squeezing the child's heart were Kent's only healing experience, so he was a real amateur, and ended up groping all over Beatrice's body worried he'd end up failing to heal her. That is why Klaus was so incredibly angry afterwards, where it looks less appropriate here. Any dad would be just as angry.
Other changes:

- Kent was originally ranked up excessively to make a nomination request from Klaus possible, those can't be made to lower rank people.
- That outfit Marianne is wearing sure is something. There was an arc late in the webnovel (like in the 600s of chapters) where a public pool was set up in Volzart, and the guards were really struggling with their low tolerance of scantily clad women... now their boss is even more scantily clad hah! Not that that arc was especially good, RIP. I would have at least made Marianne as properly dressed as (adult) Eris Greyrat.
- Kent only got half as many gigawolves as familiars (he sold that many though)

Honestly, I think it would've been better if he healed her noticeably that she was no longer on death's door, but he passed out from lack of mana before finishing it, and needed to do several hours-long treatments over the course of a week. You could have it end the exact same way with him deciding to just put his all into it in the last go, and her waking up and slapping him.
But honestly this entire chapter feels like it came from a different manga and got added by accident. Like, have we heard about Beatrice before now? Did we hear about her sickness?
Honestly though, the ease of the ailment getting fixed alongside the extreme payment just make me. Having it take some effort so the payment feels earned would be nice, as would the MC learning a bit more about his magic, because as it stands it feels cheap, like spawning in all weapons and vehicles the first time you boot up GTA.
But honestly this entire chapter feels like it came from a different manga and got added by accident. Like, have we heard about Beatrice before now? Did we hear about her sickness?

Her illness was untreated appendicitis. Manon's dad died of the same ailment, which was foreshadowing of the illness which was remarked at the time to have been easily treated on earth, but there were no surgeons in this world. And he did take two sessions to heal her. He had a lot more trouble healing her in the webnovel, that is a change.
