Thanks for the scanlation! I think 'battlefield' is a reasonable abstraction of what they call the little conflict, but I think "scene of carnage" is what this is usually called. Heh, those girls are starved for entertainment, after all.

• This is almost exactly the same as these scenes in the web novel, except that training people to drive carriages continued despite the idea of Lizardmen pulling them being mulled (which is what they settled on eventually).
• This is the first of Kent's many seizas before Yuika. She's his boss. Thems the breaks. This scene with Yuika is 1 to 1, but the maid is supposed to be preventing Kent from being alone with her like that in the manga; OG writer was lazy with adapting other scenes to his changes.

Demon Kings (Maou) are a very significant topic for lore and the future, some foreshadowing there.

I'm sure some web novel readers will bring up the joys of Sahel from later.

I doubt it. If it happened in this same adaptation (and particularly soon at that), I don't think it would have been brought up as part of this discussion by first guy, without someone explicitly asking for spoilers.
Such spoilers only happen when extra context is needed (or it is far off, or the person is not sure if the scene is included), and tagged so ppl don't spoil their novel-reading (any exceptions would have made extra sure to mark their tag as a spoiler-tag ppl don't want to open).

Yeah, I find that frustrating too. All the more reason to read the novel, this is chapter 50.

The manga is still in the prologue of the story, I don't think the raws are even at the negotiations yet.

The Council of Elrond equivalent moment of this story, where Frodo sets out to Mount Doom, is at chapter 128 out of 875.
