No she seem to be royalty from another country that he bought from a slaver after they found her with memories of who she was.
From the way they talked about it, the country seem to have fallen into ruin for some reason.

the lord is somebody who hired the MC to kill his own brother to get the title.
while not 100% confirmed it's very unlikely that they are related.

Also is it just me, or is there pages missing parts of the bottom?
