MP usage is crazy, can't use other skills while it's in effect so you try to take it down with a sword ...except, the effect doesn't work if it's within one meter so good luck. And MP usage crazy so you fall down unconscious. OP? Yeah, well...

Slow seemed lame at first, like a worse paralyze if it was just a debuff. Learning that it's more a buff for the user (and possibly party members, imagine Eve in the slowed time) that slows the entire world down around them, it's broken. He finally got a buff not a debuff

There are so many limitations, he meanly kills using status effects, but he can't use them while in that state. It might indeed be useful to run away, but if he runs out of MPs that quickly it's also quite the liability.

When did it mention that it only affects targets? Sounds more like it affect everyone more than 1 meter away.
