Heart wrenching manga Recomendations? (manga that'd make one shed a tear)

basically manga that made you shed a tear or two.
demographic i'd prefer if it was seinen, dont mind josei, shoujo or shounen as long as their art/story are not way into their demographic.
tag wise I would prefer if it was in our world. romance is a big bonus but keep ntr out of it. tragedy and drama too are a big bonus, no horror though (i have a really bad history with it).
just throw anything at me, i can digest stuff relatively quickly (around 33ch an hour).

And that's it for me. Not my favorite genre. I like drama/tragedy and heart wrenching manga, but not with a "realistic" setting.
