The trouble with all female companies like this is that, whenever they happen, like with that all female production company, it descends into petty, bitchy madness. Basically, all the social ills possible between women happen, but are magnified as there are no men to regulate or distract them. Worse yet, when men do show up, such as for Janitorial or Contractor work (electrician, etc.), many of the women subconsciously or consciously become highly competitive and start trying to gain his attention.
Really, this is why we don't hear about many all-female companies of any meaningful scale.
All male companies tend not to have these problems because male pathologies basically never distract from actually completing a team-based task. Usually, the pathologies even help said task:
"Let's kill and rape the enemy team more efficiently, John."
"Yes, death before dishonor, Joe."
"Tennohaika Banzai!"
