How in the hell has this series not scored an anime. There's manga way worse than this one that got adaptations before they were even finished. Hell, I don't even think there's an official translation. This is Parasyte levels of being slept on.

We really need an option to disable the bonus chapters (x.5), makes the reading of the main story so annoying.

It started off nicely. And the exposition on humans being the villains was really nice. It would have been really nice to see this series to take a more mature take on the apex predator nature of humanity.

But the story got way too convoluted and wanted to have a happy ending. The fights got repetitive with the usual ‘power up’ out of the most messed up situations. The series deserves a 10 uptill the exposition but afterwards it’s a 5 to be honest.

Would have loved to see helck become the demon king or something I guess. But all the best to the Mangaka for their future endeavours

I cant wait to see the final part of this animated, I think it could fix some pacing issues the final battle arc has and it would look awesome!

Would have loved to see helck become the demon king

Helck lacks the intelligence & cunningness of a demon lord. The human kingdom is too weak, without that Old Lunatic Magician , can't even put a finger against the normal demon lords.
The Demon Empire. What does the name suggests ? An empire has an Emperor. And, human king's court can be infiltrated by mere lower tier demon lord's spies.

too light hearted and too much comedy which makes the stakes pretty low and not taking anything too serious. Which might be good if they stick with it but they don't. They added too much drama and fillers. I think the majority of audience which are teenagers and people who don't think about philosophical stuff are gonna enjoy but the more mature audience won't enjoy stuff like these.
