When did Allen level to 93..?

Killing demon generals and high-ranking demon generals gives fixed level ups instead of exp. For demon generals it is 1 lvl and for high-ranking demon generals it is 5 lvls. When Allen's group defeated the pope-turned-demon-general and Gushara (he turned into a high-ranking demon general with the leftover souls Cubel gave him), Allen's lvl went up to 91 (chapter 88 page 18). After that he went to Rosenheim defeating another demon general (chapter 89.2 page 5) and another one in the northern part of the central continent (chapter 89.2 page 7), bringing his lvl to 93.

Dunno if it the translation problem or the raw itself, but Prince Zeu didn't say "my brother lost to crown prince, and I have a suicidal maniac wife to be added". What he meant is he lost his soon-to-be brother-in-law, or his wife's brother (before she became his wife).

Well, for a leader, he would need to use a facade, but that led to forcing his wife to take the blame (which his wife did on his behalf for her love for him) just to alleviate or stop the factions fight between themselves.
Yeah, tragic if that's the case.

Btw, looks like the Beast Ruler really loved his wife, so he forcefully? tried to take the siblings away because he is worried, terribly.
