Help finding a reverse isekai where the guy comes back from the other world but he only comes back with his trauma and none of his powers

I can't remember the name at all and I've been looking for it. The main character basically comes back from the other world with none of his powers but only his traumas. This revelation is revealed at the end.

Not only that, one of his dialogues alluded to being weirded out on suddenly having a sister. The world he came back to also has fantasy stuff.
