Help Upload disabled due to image transfer

Help, I can't put the chapter. At the end of the page, a green box says "upload disabled due to image transfer". Someone knows what might have happened. So far there have been no problems?

I was also having this issue

When I looked it up on google I found this thread: https://mangadex.org/thread/364818

They *have* been updating their servers, so it seems like a plausible reason. And the solution is... just wait a bit, it seems
