The room is always dark and you need to use light bulb all the time.

I made a pride month joke about said noodles when I saw them in the raws in june, but turns out they're actually another subtle Uketsu reference. Maybe lil bro was not killed last, but was staged to be so. He died at the bottom of the stairs, could there be any chance that he died falling down the stairs?
May be the knife was not the real murder weapon, but by leaving it in the lil bro's body, someone can successfully trick others into believing only the kitchen knife was used to kill three people?

That suit and glasses combo on the front cover... wowzers. I'm still a Kurihara simp though. Without revealing too much, one thing I really like about this volume is how it characterizes the MC and Kurihara and their relationship more than in Uketsu's other works.

Yeah, the area of rooms and buildings in Japan is based on tatami mats (as in, tatami mats are an actual unit of area), and two tatami mats (approximately) make one tsubo.
