This chapter confirms my suspicion about the oldest romcom trope: No touching JK. It's true that Senko being a Henjo AND Virgin protector is part of the plot armor, but it's obvious by now that Takamura will NEVER get anything until the author decide to throw him a bone. Hopefully Eroko-san's readers would stop bullying him, he doesn't have a say in this matter lol.

Even in the fictional world, there's this weird double standard of ONLY allowing minor boys to bang, the girls are somehow super-protected-class and authors are simply not allowed to write anything past Smut level. Sad, but it is what it is.

It's mostly in shounen romcoms\romance. Seinen and especially shoujo and josei much closer to real world in this aspect. Shoujo\Josei really like to pair young girl with grown-up man, bonus points if this man has a wife. AFAIR even in Sailor moon manga was 15 yo girl involved in affair with married man. Recently I reread one of my favorite manga NANA, where 16 yo female protagonist is banging with man who at least 30+ and has wife etc etc It's common thing for these demographics

IRL nobody really cares about highschool girls sexual life as well. Half of all girls in highschool have 20+ boyfriends: guys from college and even older. They more mature, usually have money, cars and often their own place to stay etc. I'm pretty sure it's the same for Japan.

As far as Chapter 74 confirmed, she is 17. Despite the fact that Hoshi already celebrated his 18th birthday on July 7th, she is still "a minor" for some reason.
