Okay so I'm really starting to think there's a translation error going on here with 'phimosis'. Phimosis is a painful medical problem where the skin is too tight and can't be rolled back.

I'm quite confident that what they're actually talking about in this manga when they say a penis with phimosis is 'uncircumcised'.

IANAM, but isn't circumcision a surgical removal of foreskin? I believe, phimosis can be as light as just being unable to retract foreskin during erection.

Yes, that's what it is... but maybe it's just because, well, it's manga and not real life, but there's an awful lot of girls pointing out phimosis in these hentai works. However, some internet sleuthing leads me to see that only 1.5% of japanese men get circumsized...

it's weird that any adult male would have the condition, considering it's so easily fixable with a very simple surgery.

@LysandersTreason well phimosis isnt all that bad, i have phimosis and that havent bothered me in ages. You cant roll back the skin and thats about it, you can remove it by surgery but i cant find the reason to do it because
1. I am an eternal virgin anyway
2. I could be disgusted by my own dick
Once it is "cut"
3. Not that much reason too do it anyway

Yeah what they mean by phimosis is a normal penis, maybe the author doesn't knows what phimosis means? or maybe it is really common in Japan?
