Check the comments on the last chapter. Some of the chapters are released under different chapter numbers depending on where you read it.

There's a free raw site (not sure if I can mention it here) and the chapters are all labeled differently. They have the missing chapters with these new characters starting around chapter 30 iirc.

So at some point I guess the old scan team switched raw sources partway through or something.
