It is sustained by offering up Saintesses and the reincarnator girl's goal is to bring down the country for treating lives as disposable. She isn't gathering the artifacts for herself. She's gathering them to be destroyed/sealed as part of her plan. Also she is a total misandrist who hates men for being incapable of doing anything but listening to the brain downstairs, the capture targets of the game being so easily manipulated by her reinforces this belief.

Feels great to be proven right. This is more interesting than most people here realise. Might just raise this story from a 5/10 to a 6/10.

She doesn't like how the kingdom sacrifices one to protect everybody, so she decided to sacrifice two to destroy the barrier that protect everybody.
Note, I too think that the barrier is a evil, but it doesn't change how she decided to sacrifice the villainess and original game heroine, they could have easily died in her plan to make them disappear from the game scenario, the villainess was cursed by a psycho that didn't stop even after she was exiled to a dangerous territory, cursed with mental affliction that could have turned her evil for real or made she kill herself.

I knew it. This manga has some fucked up themes everywhere in the background slowly festering but hidden behind the cute romance of the MC’s. It’s a weird gap, but quite good. We knew the woman who took the original heroine’s place was all kinds of messed up, but she is so far gone.

It carries over into this second life where she doesn't hesitate to use her sex as a weapon to get what she wants. She's already given away a bunch of her first times to seduce the capture targets in her plan to save the OG Heroine from being sacrificed. And all the while, her opinion of men sinks lower and lower. She doesn't even realize that she's hurting herself, or if she does she thinks it doesn't matter as long as OG Heroine lives.

Insofar I've read, she is very much a dick to everyone when the cutesy girl act is not needed and doesnt even bat an eyelash when other people die in front of her. Instead her only priority is the safety of the OG Heroine. She evaluates people based on whether they can further her goal of saving OG Heroine and destroying the country.

Yeah, she gave him a deep kiss, but it was probably to provide a mana power-up to that guy.

It's clear she doesn't have any feelings for him and is just using him for her needs, plus based on the reaction it doesn't seem like some that she had done before to him.

Then there is also the vagueness of Japanese language in question. Yeah she calls him her brother, but it's not clearly mentioned whether she is his sister by blood or not, since there are a lot of possiblities like being half-sibling, step-sibling, cousin, half-cousin, step-cousin, adoptive-sibling, etc.

I always love when authors set up villains like this. You just know that, with how over-the-top evil they are, that their backstory needs to be written in a way that will make them so damn sympathetic that their actions almost seem justifiable and it's just not gonna happen. This is gonna be a an annoyance at best.
