I am truly happy to have him around.
It was a pleasant development. The family as a whole is great, no power games, plots or backstabbing, except for sneaking a follower on Bard at the end Lol. It’s a nice change from his previous encounters.
It’s great the wall sword user met his hero and Bard lived up to it. Looking forward to their travels, it’s interesting his younger brother had traveled extensively and now the older brother gets his turn!
Bard could say honestly that the wall sword was OP, and he couldn’t find an opening. The guy just needs some refinement and he would be beyond terrifying. The greatest lesson Bard has to teach him though is to take his sister inlaw‘s advice and to hear people out. Bard takes that to an extreme so maybe 50% of Bard‘s standard is plenty. 100% of Bard’s hearing people out is likley to get him killed Lol.
