Pornogrpahic is explicit sexual content. So for example a female character with legs spread wide and you need black bars or blur out what's going.

i've seen suggestive stuff that show the nips, from what i've seen, erotica is seggs acts without showing the goods(reproductive organs)

Generally speaking Suggestive tags should not have exposed nips. For most places that's the line between "Nudity" and "Non-nude".

Partial or implied nudity can be found in Shounen Jump, but exposed nipples would be in things like Champion Red.

Also, what the manga discusses can also apply. I forgot the name but ones series I'm reading so far has lots of panty shots but nothing that counts as nudity. However, the characters are talking about impregnation and creampie sex as a reward so that tosses it directly into Erotica.
