Hide other languages :implemented:

I didn't see this in the Suggestion Thread, so just putting it out there.

It would be cool to have a setting where you can choose a default language (or languages) and then hide all translations of other languages. For example, is I chose English, the site would hide updates of French or Spanish scanlation updates and the like.

Batoto did this, but I'm not sure if it feasible

Click the gear icon next to your username at the top to access settings.
From there you can use the filter chapter language option to only show your preferred language.
