I just kinda skimmed because I'm expecting it to be some sort of law of the jungle type bull, everyone involved is going to grow so powerful from dungeon delving that the government has no means of appeasing them so they just let them have their ways, paper thin erotica hentai land logic which as a degenerate reading this solely for the Plot and not the plot, I'm okay with that too.
