Kinda wonder if Tomikawa has bpd. Don't know if it's intentional at all, but as someone with it, I've just noticed a few similarities

Yeah, she feels manic in a way I've noticed in friends with bpd. Like she'll have these highs and moments of pure unrestrained energy, but soon as she crashes she crashes HARD and because that's just been her normal, she assumes that's how it works for everyone. So there's no incentive to investigate why her demeanor suddenly changes.

Like logically she knows that she's being mean and unfair to Hiiragi. But she can't put a name to the feeling of a depressive episode, so instead it's just "feeling down" for reasons she can't quantify.
