its more of a 4th wall breaking about how romance series end when the couple gets together, not all of course but next she goes for the usual development when after they hook up the series doesnt end, that is the couple will break up.

Also there is a reason why, usually there isnt much to go about after the main couple hooks up ... nothing to write, we have Kagura that still had a last arc after the confession without going over a break up (even if it also did?) but there was still a unresolved situation ... this is why more complex to why it happens but in the end its about story structure, the end ... stories that keep going after the ending dont have anything else to say.

Since this is a comedy there is still material.
