Naah, that's totally in character - either the nothing reaction because she's walking away so Koguma can't see her bright red face, or exactly what we got with the come-back. You don't know that Hina isn't going to go home and rewatch that video like a thousand times? She's too cool for anything she had to keep her composure around Kaguma. Recently I've been seeing a more girly Hina with her and her almost confessions or doing something lewdish and stopping because of her feelings. Yet she still keeps the cool façade in front of Kaguma. Even if it doesn't show her doing it I just feel a lonely Hina at home would 100% just keep rewatching that again and again and again.

Hey y'all, I just made a slight change to Hino's wording on page 11 to hopefully remove some confusion (sorry about that!!). Hino intended to record only the fakeout kiss, so she was still caught off guard with Koguma's actions. She was apologizing because it got more serious than she ever expected and had to come forward about her initial prank. But of course she's totally fine with this outcome.
