Can't help but notice that in order to avoid the risk of something bad happening with Hina in case of his curse backfiring, he decides to put his life on the balance instead. Would make more sense with the next page, "Hina you're really…" like he's just discovering something new. That would seem to be a better fit than if it's just him being reminded of something he would rather not discuss with anyone. (well, anyone except Hina maybe ;-) Also, everything getting disclosed until then had been only about Hina's fantasies.
